Kyūsaku ShimadaKyusaku Shimada – His personal name is mostly very consistently spelt in Roman characters as Kyusaku, without a macron, in official sources such as the Japanese website for Not Quite Dead Yet, the German DVD artwork and various other DVD cases and posters for Princess Blade, Nikkatsu's sales catalogue, TBS's sales catalogue, and the official Japanese Film Database.

The official information for Onoda contradicts all those other sources by using the Hepburn romanisation Kyūsaku, but it does that for all Japanese names, not only his, so I think that it is not a valid reference for identifying the official spelling. 2A00:23C7:5485:2C00:ADC5:E535:D119:466F (talk) 07:30, 27 January 2022 (UTC)Reply

  • Support per nom. It seems English sources generally omit this macron.  — Amakuru (talk) 11:30, 4 February 2022 (UTC)Reply
