Sasquatch on the Bottle Label? edit

Hey there, I don't really know who will be reading this, but I was wondering if anyone knew the spots to look for the Sasquatch on the Kokanee label. The article says that on the box there isn't one, and on the can it's always in the same place, but that on the bottles it changes. All of these are true. I want to know where on the bottle labels do they show up. Thanks, Shouldwork 01:04, 3 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

Not NPOV edit

looks like someone from Kokanee wrote this. Anyone wanna look through it and make it neutral? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.97.197.19 (talkcontribs) 21:10, 3 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

While I'd agree, it's so patently obvious that actually pretty funny.... gotta love the "lite and flavourful". Flavour being highly subjective, I suppose having the company take on how their beer tastes is better than mine, "a lite brand that tastes somewhere between urine and corona".
Have to say though, when I'm feeling stupid, this is one great chugging beer ... I swear they've done focused product research groups of frat boys to confirm this. Panamajack 14:33, 6 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Alternate name in Ontario?? edit

Wasn't the same beer sold under a different name in Ontario years ago? Crystal or something like that?--Srleffler 05:28, 22 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

Fair use rationale for Image:KokaneeLogo.jpg edit

Image:KokaneeLogo.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

René Dahinden edit

This comment was put into the article itself, I have removed it and put it here:

In reference to: These commercials parody the real life Sasquatch hunter René Dahinden, who appeared in the first Kokanee commercial of its kind.

a user commented "(NOT TRUE. René Dahinden did not appear in TV ad Bill Reiter did and based on super 8 footge)"

Canadian Brewed Kokanee no longer sold in the US edit

Beer is also now brewed in Denver, CO and distributed in the US only. The beer that is brewed in Creston, BC at Columbia Brewery is no longer shipped to the US. Its also a new recipe. 2604:3D09:3180:C0:BC87:2231:D7EE:EDD9 (talk) 20:51, 25 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
