Ethnicity question edit

Shouldn't he be called African American or Black, why call him Senegalese?

He isn’t American. So he isn’t African American. Are you stupid? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 93.109.243.25 (talk) 09:55, 28 July 2022 (UTC)Reply

No. I think it's just a case of recentism. However, if having followers is encyclopedic, it is. --46.255.85.227 (talk) 11:50, 27 September 2021 (UTC)Reply

Profile in NYTimes edit

This new profile in the NYTimes has a number of good details that can be added to the article, and speaks to the subject's clear notability. Ganesha811 (talk) 05:16, 4 June 2021 (UTC)Reply

Nationality edit

According to the NYT article referenced in the previous section he does not (yet) have Italian citizenship or an Italian passport, though he's lived there most of his life. Given that and his quote from the NYT in which he says "sincerely, I don’t need a piece of paper to define myself as Italian," I changed the nationality back to Italian-Senegalese for now.   Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. ScottishFinnishRadish (talk) 11:51, 12 August 2021 (UTC)Reply

The box description shows 108.3 million, but 111 million, and in his career description, it shows 104.6 million when it is, again, 111 million. So, change it please. Thanks! 49.207.142.149 (talk) 02:57, 13 September 2021 (UTC)Reply

Khaby Lame - Outfit v. Skin edit

@Revirvlkodlaku: I edited the wording from skin to outfit since, in-game, cosmetic 'skins' are referred to as outfits. This is understood from both the in-game locker (where you can change cosmetics) and promotional material, where they (the game) refer to 'skins' as outfits.

I've been uncontroversially revising all the mentions of collaborations I can find on Wikipedia to match this observation, changing 'skin' to outfit every chance I can. That is why my edit summary was 'uniform name', so this mention can match all the other entries in its style and accuracy. ~GoatLordServant(Talk) 14:42, 20 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

@~GoatLordServant, thanks for the explanation. It sounds like you are better versed than I am in video game nomenclature, so I will defer to you. Revirvlkodlaku (talk) 14:57, 20 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
Thank you! It is a little unusual, most games refer to these things as skins. Not Fortnite, of course, because... Fortnite. But thank you! ~GoatLordServant(Talk) 15:03, 20 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
