Taxonomy: For all marine species, Project Gastropods uses the taxonomy in the online database WoRMS. When starting a new article, do not use sources of taxonomic information that predate the 2017 revision for all gastropod groups ("Revised Classification, Nomenclator and Typification of Gastropod and Monoplacophoran Families" by Philippe Bouchet & Jean-Pierre Rocroi, Bernhard Hausdorf, Andrzej Kaim, Yasunori Kano, Alexander Nützel, Pavel Parkhaev, Michael Schrödl and Ellen E. Strong in Malacologia, 2017, 61(1–2): 1–526.) (can be dowloaded at Researchgate.net), substituting the previous classification of 2005 Taxonomy of the Gastropoda (Bouchet & Rocroi, 2005). Find correct name
The airport is not listed as João Paulo II anywhere.
The airport's own website calls itself simply Ponta Delgada, and has no mention of João Paulo.
Template:Regions of Portugal: statistical (NUTS3) subregions and intercommunal entities are confused; they are not the same in all regions, and should be sublisted separately in each region: intermunicipal entities are sometimes larger and split by subregions (e.g. the Metropolitan Area of Lisbon has two subregions), some intercommunal entities are containing only parts of subregions. All subregions should be listed explicitly and not assume they are only intermunicipal entities (which accessorily are not statistic subdivisions but real administrative entities, so they should be listed below, probably using a smaller font: we can safely eliminate the subgrouping by type of intermunicipal entity from this box).

When reviewing for GA, I often try to give some pointers to punt articles (eventually) in the direction of FAC. Thus this is where the real polishing of the article starts to come into play (i.e. making the refs all nice-looking). Casliber (talk·contribs) 20:11, 25 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

References are now placed in citation templates, but it did not improved the quality of article at all, because there is not chosen standard for bibliographic referencing on wikipedia and references were already in consistently formated. --Snek01 (talk) 15:43, 30 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

Most of the red links on the Distribution content may be turned blue. It's a simple translation problem (locations are in spanish, whereas the articles are in english). I had fixed most of them, but everything I had done was lost due to an editing conflict. I'll do it again later...--Daniel Cavallari (talk) 19:30, 2 October 2009 (UTC)Reply
I have tidied the section on distribution in Spain building on the work of other editors. I am still not satisfied with some of the nomenclature regarding the relevant Natura 2000 sites - some sites are identifiable as SPAs (ie bird sites), presumably SAC status will follow in due course. -Alan (talk) 15:58, 29 August 2011 (UTC)Reply

Before the reproductive system is described, it first needs to be pointed that all pulmonateland snails and slugs are hermaphrodites, each one having a full set of elaborate and unfamiliar male and female organs, and because of this, the reproductive system in all of these animals is complex and very hard to understand.
