Untitled edit

I think this page is not finished to write about basic information such as the etymology of Kakigōri, its historical background, how to make it. Also, this page don't differentiate well between Kakigōri and Shaved ice yet. In addition, I think this page mentions about Shirokuma too much despite Shirokuma is just one of the Kakigōri's brands. In my opinion, to be more fair to other brands, this page need to be added about more other's information.
