Judo claims edit

I removed the claim of being a medalist at the 1998 Asian championships. The IJF Asian championships occurred in 1997 and 1999. In addition, Russia would have been part of the European championships. There was no source given for this claim and there is no mention of a judoka by this name at judoinside.com . For all of these reasons, I deleted the judo medalist claim.
