Can anyone find out how a bv could end up operating a ferry route with apparently no contractual certainty over such an essential aspect of their company's survival - the longterm right to use a port/berth?
Perhaps HNL themselves wanted flexibility to change their days/months of operation if they couldn't fill the boat year-round?
