Obsolete information in article - proposed update edit

I work for HH Ferries Group, which acquired the ferry route between Helsingborg and Helsingør in January 2015. The article on HH-Ferries is obsolete and conveys the impression that Stena AB owns the route. I therefore suggest updating the article (despite updates of the article some sections suggest that HH-Ferries still exists).

I suggest adding the following text to the article’s introduction:

In January 2015, the ferry route was acquired by a European infrastructure fund under First State Investments, a subsidiary of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, and all assets were consolidated in the HH Ferries Group. The route has since been operated in a marketing cooperation with Scandlines under the brand Scandlines Helsingør-Helsingborg (Denmark to Sweden) and Scandlines Helsingborg-Helsingør (Sweden to Denmark).

I furthermore suggest replacing the paragraphs on ownership change to Scandlines in History with the following section:

Around 2010, Stena entered into a joint venture with Scandlines on the route, and three vessels were added – Aurora af Helsingborg, Hamlet and Tycho Brahe. In 2015, First State Investments acquired the route and placed all assets in the HH Ferries Group, operating the route in a marketing cooperation with Scandlines.

Finally, I suggest updating the introduction under Fleet and adding information about HH-Ferries’ fleet, cf. below(name; built; tonnage; passengers):

  • Aurora af Helsingborg; 1992; 10,918 GRT; 1,250
  • Hamlet; 1997; 10,067 GRT; 1,000
  • Tycho Brahe; 1991; 10,845 GRT; 1,250

The Scandlines article is equally out of date. The resulting company changed names today to ForSea. CapnZapp (talk) 15:04, 10 November 2018 (UTC)Reply

Merger of ForSea Ferries and HH Ferries articles edit

Both HH Ferries and ForSea Ferries articles refer to each company as the same thing, but a different iteration. Wouldn't it be a better idea to merge the two articles?
