I removed a {{POV-check|date=December 2007}} . When instantiated this tag tells readers the tag placer had placed a more detailed explanation on the talk page. But it is a year and a half later, and they never got around to it.

Two other questionable tags have been placed on this article, more recently.

I'll wait a week for the tag placer to explain these tags, and if no better explanation is offered in a reasonable period of time I plan to remove them.
