I declined the CSD tag for two reasons; firstly that I dont think the page is really very promotional currently, and second because I think the subject is most likely notable. Here are some sources to be used for expansion (which I might get around to):
Please note that the page was tagged for G11, not A7, so notability doesn't enter into the equation. Your first reason to remove the G11 tag is compliant with policy, but your second one is irrelevant.
