Fair use rationale for Image:Fools gold 08.jpg edit

Image:Fools gold 08.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Plot wording edit

I removed the Plot section because it's identical to the Warner Bros synopsis seen across the Internet, at sites like YouTube and Metacritic.[1] If anyone can rewrite it or write a new one, it would be appreciated. --Pixelface (talk) 10:04, 9 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

I just rewrote it. --Pixelface (talk) 04:04, 3 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Stunt double edit

I've moved this paragraph here from the article:

During the scenes in which McConaughey's character was flying an airplane, he used a stunt double, Steve Wilson, a bush pilot in Gustavus, Alaska. Wilson was on vacation while the filming was taking place and was hired as McConaughey's double. Soon after, Wilson died while piloting his own airplane in August 2007 when the engine failed and sent him and his best friend plummeting into the mountains.

A newspaper or a news website as a reference would be appreciated. I also removed the (very large) picture from the article, Steves_plane.jpg, and the caption below it. --Pixelface (talk) 15:53, 12 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Bigg_Bunny edit

The name is "Bigg Bunny", not "BiggBunny"! Just look at the CREDITS or at the subtitles or at imdb or elsewhere. He tells at one point in the movie "just one word", but this is a JOKE, pointing out, that he is a stupid rapper. The credits at the end of the film are the only valid source, do not "interpret" the plot and change spelling. --93.133.222.61 (talk) 18:37, 30 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Pyrite edit

I added a link to the article Pyrite at the top of the page, since I was looking for the article on Fool's Gold, but my Google search results led me to this page. I'm not sure if the "see also" template was the appropriate method by which to do this, so some guidance on the proper procedure would be helpful, if necessary - TALLeN talk 01:21, 27 December 2012 (UTC)Reply
