Diannaa The fourth and fifth paragraphs are verbatim from the referencs, hence a copyright violation. I reverted the addition but the editor who had added that content reverted me. According to Copyright status of works by subnational governments of the United States, South Carolina gov't can copyright protect documents. David notMD (talk) 01:28, 17 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
