Deletion/Userification

Added Reference to German Biography

Tidying up

I have done some more tidying up but am not sure what more is needed. Perhaps this is enough to allow the removal of the unsightly and unspecific tab which I am not sure what it is indicating is needed. I am not sure if more wikilinks are being requested. Already there seem rather a lot - some of which don't seem likely to help the general reader. Or whether the referencing, which incoporates some notes to help those doubting and wanting to delete, should be made more sparse. I await further orders or suggestions to help improve the article.
