Well, I think the article is shaping up nicely, however, there is still plenty room for improvement...E.g. according to the Blumberg (1980) book, she never was fluent in Arabic. Where does the Dragoman story come from? Also, the article should be expanded w.r.t the farms she had in Palestine, see Artas (village), Motza. Regards, Huldra (talk) 06:41, 2 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

Hiya Huldra, lovely to hear from you. My sources for her mastery of Arabic are her Reminiscences where on page 99 she relates speaking in Arabic for translation into Turkish for the wife of the Ottoman Pasha. During the course of 1874/5 she is commissioned to translate for the Patriarch of Syria on his official visit to England and seven years later in 1882 the correspondnce written to General Gordon of Khartoume by the Mahdi from an upper Sudan dialect. Take point about Abraham's Vineyard - there's a lot that should and will be added! Take care and speak soon, Jonathan Werran (talk) 15:07, 2 May 2008 (UTC)Jonathan WerranReply
