edit- His painterly treatment for the August 1951 Galaxy recalls later work by Leo and Diane Dillon.
Recalling something that hasn't happened yet is a neat trick, even for a science fiction creative. Anybody want to have a shot at re-wording that sentence? --Paul A 07:36, 23 June 2006 (UTC)

I question the validity and necessity of the text "ideot freek jerk" that currently starts this page, but will leave it alone for now in case there is something important said there. There are also numerous simple misspellings that I will correct as a courtesy to the community.
Dates
editThe dates of his marriage and birth also appear as 2007, which probably will need to be changed by someone after verification.
Film
editI removed the phrase "in addition to his own film, The Streets of Greenwood (1962)." Footage that Emshwiller shot of Dylan did not appear in the film "Streets of Greenwood" (of which Emshwiller was one of three cameramen and not a producer), but was given to Pennebaker in exchange for use of an editing facility by the producers of "Greenwood."
Ed = plagiator?
editLook at these pictures. it seems as if Ed Emshwiller had STOLEN a lot of motifs from the German science fiction painter Johannes "Johnny" Bruck:
