Problems with this Article

edit

There are numerous problems with this article, but I have neither the time to fix them nor sufficient knowledge to do so in the first place. I have added a couple of cleanup tags. This mostly refers to the "Ethics" section, not the others which are well referenced.

Bias--This article involves heavy doses of opinion and bias. While I personally agree with most of the biased statements in this article, it is nonetheless biased and needs to be cleaned up. A prime example is the statement that the courts would remove a fetus from its mother because she wore her seatbelt incorrectly. Perhaps a better statement would be that such a situation would make it possible for a court to make such a ruling, rather than insisting that the court certainly would.
World Audience--I assume from the statement "our courts", combined with my own opinion of the American Judicial System, that the author of this statement is an American and refers to these same courts. It is, however, inappropriate because Wikipedia has an international audience and this statement refers specifically to one court (or at least it would appear that way). Better wording and above all else, citations are needed.—The preceding unsigned comment was added by Jonkun227 (talkcontribs) 14:41, 20 August 2006 (UTC).Reply
