3,340 cubic metres can't be right. http://www.infoplease.com/ipa/A0113468.html says 3340 million cubic metres. Sounds about right for the reservoir volume, http://www.britannica.com/eb/article?tocId=9030197 says 495,000 cubic metres. That sounds like the volume of the dam structure, rather than the reservoir. 3,310 million is the initial size from what i see in sources, maybe 3.3 Billion cubic meters (a conversion) sounds better.
