Waihekepedia

The article stated off being copied from Waihekepedia. Another editor has since questioned that source and a lot of the content is now sourced from elsewhere. I would like to somehow cut the ties with Waihekepedia (but all due respect to Waihekepedia of course!) -- Alan Liefting (talk - contribs) 21:01, 23 August 2012 (UTC)Reply

It is considered good practice for edits copied from one CC-BY-SA source to another to be acknowledged. Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia gives the general guidelines although it talks only about copying within WikiMedia sites, which does not include Waihekepedia. It does say that an edit summary is sufficient, so I will move the attribution to this talk page with such a summary.-gadfium 22:08, 23 August 2012 (UTC)Reply
