Updating page, retaining prior name (Deaconess) & infobox troubleshooting edit

Hello, I have begun some revisions to the page, patterned off other Oklahoma WikiProject:Hospitals pages. Former name of Deaconess hospital is still retained, but the hospital has been renamed (attempting to determine exact renaming date). A bit of trouble getting all infobox: hospital features to work correctly, ongoing troubleshooting. Appreciate tips and assistance!
