The result of the move request was: not moved. Main assumption of the RM ("the only notable person with this name") has been refuted. Primary topic cannot be obviously identified either. • Oppose. Better to create a WP:DAB page. I also think the previous Christian Braun page should be restored (probably to Christian Braun (soldier)), given that the basis of deletion (namely, WP:SOLDIER) is now deprecated, and they also fit the criteria of WP:ANYBIO due to their military award. —Caorongjin 💬 09:54, 23 June 2022 (UTC)

  A dab may be the best option but only if we don't see a primary topic. The basketball player has 22 incoming wikilinks against two for the soldier (including a self-link). Search results still show Wikipedia's deleted article on the soldier but are otherwise exclusively about basketball. Christian Braun (basketball) → Christian Braun – The basketball player is now orders of magnitudes more popular than the soldier, page view stats [here]. There is no comparison, and seeing as the soldier doesn't even have a page right now I think logically the basketball player should be PRIMARY with a hatnote leading to the soldier. Don't think long-term significance is an argument in this particular case. Ortizesp (talk) 04:51, 13 June 2023 (UTC)
