All those non-English names need to be, given correct language markup that identifies what language it is (with {{lang}} in infobox, and the {{lang-xx}} variant in the main prose). Are they all Romanian? They should not capitalized like English, but like the language in question (which is almost certainly lowercase except for the proper name component when present, and even then often not if its in adjective form.
