Tone and POV

The tone of the article is as if it is news article. Instead of description it goes strait into political and ecological accusations without even committing to explain the real source and historical background. It is known that Romania created own canal to gain economical and partially political advantage from water transportation on the Danube as it created own canal away from the border with the Soviet Union in the mid 20th century.
