Robert Mapplethorpe
O. J. Simpson working out in a jock and nothing else^[1]
Henry Kissinger picking his nose.^[2]
President Ronald Reagan in his underwear.^[3] In Cruising the Movies he said Reagan's legs were "bizarre" and that he "could pass for a butch lez from the Women's Army Corps".^[4] He called the President flabby, "sloppy assed,"^[5] with tits and more makeup than Lucille Ball. Bette Davis found him "lousy."^[6] In response to Kenneth Anger's claim that he had a picture of Nancy Reagan's "twat," he asked to hear from any reader with a picture of "her butthole."^[7] (An earlier article in STH asked: DonHer Hemorrhoids Rule the Oval Office".^[8]
Elvis Presley, "the first pop star to invite attention to his prick", although he "was not well hung." At times he "approaches a representation of a fast stand-up fuck, seemingly shooting his wad at the end of the number."^[9]
Lucille Ball, who at the time had a wrinkled neck, was given the name "Lucille Testicle."^[10] McDonald says it was Johnny Carson who gave her that name.^[11]
In one issue he included three or four pages of news items he’d collected about famous people’s bowel movements or gas.^[12]

In film reviews uncollected until 2015, he attacks:

Henry Wilcoxon, a British actor who had sex with men (pp. 169-173)
Lana Turner, "beaten up by her boyfriend, Johnny Stampanato" (p. 178)
Lucille Ball, "one of America's most beloved propagandists for heterosexuality" (p. 179)
Bing Crosby had "rancid breath", according to Joan Collins (p. 189). He was "a mean, effeminate old drunk". (p. 222)
Orson Welles "is to sex what he is to the pole vault" (p. 189)
Cardinal Spellman, "a cocksucker" (p. 234)
Lady Di, who "was photographed getting out of a car in a dress slit almost up to her hole." "She has a male disease, ...homophobia." (p. 243)
Louella Parsons, "an old bag", "wore rubber underpants and had a piss-pot under her table." "Louella's 'kidney problems' were enhanced by the fact that she was a drunk—specifically, on occasion, a wino." (p. 246)
"I think it was Carole Lombard who, when someone asked what it was like being married to the King of Hollywood [ Clark Gable ], said that if his pecker was one inch shorter he'd be called the Queen of Hollywood." (p. 249) "Gable's teats, plump for a man, jiggled" (in Hold Your Man). (p. 253)
Steve McQueen "had a homosexual problem." (p. 271)
Bob Hope, "a pot-bellied wide-hipped sissy", "has always seemed sexually inadequate,even sexually handicapped. Hope's children are all adopted.... The sort of man whose company [his wife Delores] enjoys is a priest.... Males...like Bob Hope and William F. Buckley, Jr. seem to experience heterosexuality by attacking homosexuality.... Hope said that the Statue of Liberty had AIDS but that he doesn't know whether she got it from the mouth of the Hudson or the Staten Island Ferry. It is the joke of a man...in sexual despair.... He is Hollywood's senior sissy and fag-baiter." (pp. 276-277)
"The elderly California millionaire, Clint Eastwood, also produced and directed [ Heartbreak Ridge ]. It is thus utterly his picture and its homosexual obsession is his obsession." (p. 287)

Some met with his approval:

Jim Lassiter, a gay porn star of the 1950s and 60s (pp. 163-168)
Jack Wrangler, a gay porn star. "Thousands of men have seen him beat his meat on stage." (pp. 181-185)
The actress Louise Beavers, who "g[ot] rough fucks on [her] day off", and who told Mae West, when she complained about Beavers' private life, to "kiss my big black ass." (pp. 222-223)
The playwright George S. Kaufman was well-hung, and "fucked the living daylights" out of Mary Astor. (p. 242)
"Lana Turner really liked men; she liked to fuck a lot." (p. 245)
"Gov. Janklow of South Dakota has been accused of driving a car in the nude, a distinction no other governor can boast, and an inspiring model for the natives." (p. 255)
Katherine Hepburn and Spencer Tracy were "asshole buddies offscreen." (p. 259)

"Go down" is slang for kneeling so that one participant's mouth is at the level of the other participant's penis

Simultaneously the least necessary and the least efficacious definition ever: least necessary, since by this stage, I think everyone knows what "go down" means; and least efficacious, since one's mouth being at the level of the other person's penis actually leaves out the precise thing it is supposed to be talking about, namely, sucking the other person's penis.
