Are the 1966 release versions from the UK in Discogs in error? Did they really come out on or after 27 March 1967?

A copyright date is not a release date, is that the source of 1966?

Or is it the people who attest to seeing it for sale in 1966?

"I recall first seeing & hearing it in the company of a bunch of friends between December 27 & 31, 1966. Furthermore, it entered the UK album charts in early January 1967, indicating a very late 1966 issue for the UK. I distinctly remember expressing my personal delight that the album included 'One Of Us Must Know' and my disappointment that 'Positively 4th Street' was absent. We encountered import copies of the USA version in Spring 1967 & were surprised that it featured fewer tracks, one of which was 'Positively 4th Street'!" — Brian Grist‎
