editWhy is this article within the scope of WikiProject Spain? I can't see that it has anything to do with Spain. Ondewelle (talk) 10:23, 19 May 2008 (UTC)
- Removed. She won two awards from Spanish institutions, and of course she performed in Spain, but that alone doesn't seem to me to be sufficient. -- Michael Bednarek (talk) 07:20, 23 April 2010 (UTC)
neutrality
edit"During her career, she has appeared at all major opera houses "
ALL? under what criteria? sounds like a press release/bio --98.116.115.220 (talk) 14:44, 25 December 2008 (UTC)
upon further reading of entire article - "press release plant" clearly not wiki standards--98.116.115.220 (talk) 14:46, 25 December 2008 (UTC)
Personal life
editIt seems odd to me that there's no info about her personal life? According to French wiki she used to be married to Martin Engström and had three children with him, founded the Verbier Festival with him, and they separated in 1998… —lensovet–talk – 11:49, 24 November 2016 (UTC)
African-American
editFrom my talk page:
- You reverted my edit with the explanation "she may not be a US citizen (do we know?), but she's still African-American". Huh? If you don't know whether she is American, then how do you know she is African-American? You can't be African-American without being American. Hence the word.
Vmavanti (talk) 21:59, 24 March 2017 (UTC)
I restored those categories, and added 2 Swedish categories, because she's undoubtedly African-American. That she later took up Swedish citizenship doesn't change that. -- Michael Bednarek (talk) 02:31, 25 March 2017 (UTC)
