Arturo Ortiz (footballer) → Arturo Ortíz (footballer) – WP:COMMONNAME Joeykai (talk) 01:15, 17 May 2022 (UTC)— Relisting. —usernamekiran (talk) 13:58, 27 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
- relisting comment @Joeykai: Hello. Two editors have expressed confusion, kindly provide reliable sources as to why it is common name, and/or why "i" requires an accent. Regards, —usernamekiran (talk) 13:58, 27 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
- Comment. There are three men listed upon the Arturo Ortiz disambiguation page, with none of the names depicting accented letters. Moreover, as can be seen in the arguments submitted at Talk:Rosalía (singer)#Requested move 22 April 2022 or Talk:Thalía#Requested move 8 May 2022, as well as moves such as Sócrates (footballer) → Sócrates, Américo at the Americo disambiguation page or Dorothée at the Dorothee (given name) page, if Arturo Ortiz (footballer) were to be accented as Arturo Ortíz, there would arguably be no need for the parenthetical qualifier "(footballer)". —Roman Spinner (talk • contribs) 15:44, 27 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
- Oppose, don't see sources that justify the move.--Ortizesp (talk) 19:17, 27 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
