Large parts of this article are not cited and may contain original research, I have moved the refimproove banner to the top of the article where it normally is in Wikipedia pages pending sources being cited. Please do not move the template back to where it originally was, it is not consistent with MOS.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:More_citations_needed "placement:According to MOS:LAYOUT, maintenance templates, such as this one, should (except when section-specific) be placed after hatnotes, at the start of the article. That placement is supported by consensus obtained in an RfC at Template talk:More citations needed § RfC: Location of Tag."

MOS is not mandatory, it's a guideline. Please learn what that means, and how it differs from a policy which is mandatory. If there's OR in the article, point it out here, don't just throw out broad generalizations. As for references. if specific statements are in gross need of a reference, tag the with an inline "citation needed" tag. Given, however, the POV tag you added to an perfectly innocuous statement in Albert Speer, however, I'm not sure how much we should trust your judgment. I have no interest in edit warring over this matter, and find the comment you posted on your talk page:"You and your six edits, huh? Forgive me if I don't really care what your judgment tells you. Don't post here again." generally inflammatory and unhelpful- I am attempting to engage in good faith and seek consensus.
The MOS is clear that the template goes at the head of the article, it's written in the template's page and I even linked it to dispel doubt, I really do not see any benefit in deviating from the MOS and burying the refimproove template
Issues regarding other pages have no bearing over the issue of where the template ought to go on this page.
I am reluctant to trigger the three revert rule by forcing you to revert my edit (or using a proxy to do so) but I will not be bullied into reverting a good edit.
