@Kerplunk!: I've declined the speedy since it wasn't really promotional. It doesn't qualify as an A7 either, since she did get some news coverage for her book. I think that AfD would be the best place for this, although I'd recommend asking around for help from some of the Spanish language fluent editors since coverage in English is going to be nonexistent for her.
