Expand acronym? edit

This page should probably be renamed to "Air Force Institute of Technology".—The preceding unsigned comment was added by Ke6jjj (talkcontribs) 05:17, 1 November 2005.

The page has been updated as to not give the impression that AFIT is strictly for commissioned officers and select civilians.

Renamed? edit

The Air Force Institute of Technology and the Center for Cyberspace Research here were designated as the Air Force's Cyberspace Technical Center of Excellence June 19 by the secretary and chief of staff of the Air Force.

The Cyberspace Technical Center of Excellence, or CyTCoE, is chartered to be the Air Force's center for cyberspace education, training, research and technology development.

Not sure if this is the whole AFIT or part of AFIT. --Pmsyyz (talk) 02:08, 26 June 2008 (UTC)Reply
