Copyediting required
editThis article contains multiple instances of over-linking. Other Wikipedia articles should be linked to once only, or at most once per section in a very lengthy article. There is also a horrible distracting sea of red ink here. Red-linking every single author or work regardless of their notability is inappropriate.
There are multiple instances of mislinking, i.e. linking to a work on which a later work is based as if the article were about the later work.
It also needs copyediting for encyclopedic style and tone. The subject should not be referred to by his first name and multiple instances of unencyclopedic peacockery need editing, e.g. "world class", "hailed", etc. etc.
This and a whole suite of articles on the people, theatres, and companies associated with this article's subject are clearly being edited by people with a conflict of interest. Read the guidelines on this at WP:COI. If you must edit these articles, please respect the requirements for proper formatting and style on Wikipedia and actually contribute something instead of solely attempting to further your, your clients', or your associates' interests. Don't make work for other editors, and put the encyclopedia's requirements and needs above your own. Voceditenore (talk) 14:26, 19 December 2012 (UTC)
