The result of the move request was: No consensus. Since the two "supports" seem to suggest differing articles as to which would be the future primary topic, and there are two in oppoistion, there is clearly no consensus for any particular PTOPIC here, and the status quo remains.  — Amakuru (talk) 10:09, 3 April 2017 (UTC)

21 Guns → 21 Guns (disambiguation) – 21-gun salute seems to be the WP:PTOPIC per current usage and long-term significance, so the current title should become a WP:PRIMARYREDIRECT there. • Oppose without evidence that 21-gun salute is the primary meaning of "21 Guns". I have no doubt that the 21-gun salute article has a lot of page views but that has no relation to the issue of whether "21-gun salute" is the primary meaning of "21 guns". Google Books results show a variety of uses for "21 guns" but none of the top 50 hits use "21 guns" as a term to mean "a 21-gun salute" (although it does appear as a descriptive in running text related to the topic, e.g. "...the fleet again saluting with 21 guns"). Based on this, I find it highly unlikely that readers would search for the salute article via Google by typing simply "21 guns". —  AjaxSmack  02:41, 19 March 2017 (UTC)

• Support: Whether or not "21 Guns" primarily refers to the 21-gun salute cannot be proven, but it is more popularly associated with the Green Day song. So that page may be moved to "21 Guns" and this to "21 Guns (disambiguation)". Kailash29792 (talk) 12:14, 24 March 2017 (UTC)
