Oppose contrary to en.wp disambiguation guidelines. If the name "Taylor Swift" is confusing for Taylor Swift fans then launch an AfD to delete 1989 Byran Adams album totally. Or better yet delete Bryan Adams himself, and anyone whose song or album has been duplicated by Taylor. In ictu oculi (talk) 08:11, 24 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
Sock check? This Redmond IP has no previous edit on en.wp and yet clearly is a master at using RM process and well aware of the guidelines this RM breaks. Banned user? Or just forgot to log in? In ictu oculi (talk) 08:13, 24 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
Oppose The 2013 "Taylor's Version" album has a good claim on it. The disambiguatory term on this article is problematic, considering the 2023 album. I suggest moving this album to 1989 (2014 Taylor Swift album) instead, and pointing the current title to the disambiguation page -- 67.70.25.80 (talk) 08:57, 25 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
There is no 2013 "1989 (Taylor's Version)". There is the upcoming 1989 (Taylor's Version), but there is no cause for confusion between the 2014 album and the upcoming Taylor's Version album. No sources will ever refer to "1989 (2023 Taylor Swift Album" because (Taylor's Version) provides WP:NATURAL disambiguation. estar8806 (talk) ★15:04, 26 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
Support since the other album is a cover of this album, so people searching for "1989 (album)" would be way more likely to be looking for this article. --ForeverStamp (talk) 20:09, 29 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
