Construction started in 1230 and was completed in 1270. Most descriptions of the cathedral describe it as being built in Apulian Romanesque style. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Matera_Cathedral and the Italian page describing Apilian Romanesque style includes it in the graphic: Romanico pugliese.jpg AkilinaL (talk) 20:43, 24 March 2023 (UTC)Reply
