There are a couple inaccurate entries here. The following dishes ARE NOT Chinese-American but rather proper Chinese dishes:

Cashew Chicken
Chow Mein
Egg Drop soup
Fried Rice
Kung Pao Chicken
Lo Mein
Yang-chow Fried Rice
Shrimp Toast (this is not traditional Chinese but rather a Hong Kong dish invented through the fusion of western and Chinese cuisine).
