Title: The Art of Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind: Watercolor Impressions, by Hayao Miyazaki, translated by Andrew Cunningham
- The book contains several hundred illustrations related to the Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind manga and anime, over half in color, with notes from Miyazaki about each one. Also included is information about the first appearance of the image, subsequent appearances, the size of the original, and the title of the image. There is a section about the origination of the characters, with images showing the progression of the appearance of various characters. There is also a chart showing exactly when each chapter appeared in Animage, which chapters appear in each tankōbon, and when each tankōbon was originally published.
