Hello Matani2005, Can you review the edits made here by someone named "Jez"? http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Jeb_Bush&diff=prev&oldid=12600085 Also, please see my comments about these edits on the discussion page for this article, and comment. If you can change what this person did, back to the way it was, I would appreciate it. If there is an actual and correct reason for any edit, kindly explain to me the reason so I don't make the same mistake again. Thank you. SummerFR PS Is "Jez" with wikipedia or is that person just making chnages? He did not discuss it on the discussion page when I asked for examples. And, many of his changes were of text written by OTHER people, not me, after he criticized me on the discussion page for that article. I was very true to everything already written by others on that page. Thanks for your help.
I wrote to you above but I didn't know how to do a link on my name at that time, so I am trying it again here:
Sneaky Vandalism by "JEZ" in Jeb Bush article
editCould you take a look at these edits below, by someone named "JEZ," and comment on the discussion page for the Jeb Bush article? I am asking you because you previously wrote to me a welcome note. I think what he did is called "sneaky vandalism" by wikipedia though I am new here. Thanks, Matani2005 04:52, 21 August 2005 (UTC)
Hi, did you take this photograph yourself? I'm asking because you tagged it as {{GFDL-self}}, and you should only use this tag if the image was created entirely by you. Lupin|talk|popups 19:11, 18 September 2005 (UTC)
- Thanks for the reply - that's fine then. Welcome aboard! Lupin|talk|popups 19:58, 18 September 2005 (UTC)

Hi Yazid97, you uploaded the picture Image:JunaidJM.jpg, stating it's your own picture. I've seen that it's also used in this blog, which seems to be older than your upload. Are you the owner of that blog? Or could you otherwise help to clarify why the picture appears there? I've also mentioned the problem on the website of the Junaid Jamshed article because there is a general suspicion of copyright infringments. I would be happy if the suspicion concerning this picture could be resolved and taken out of the list there. Thanks for your help. --Ibn Battuta 19:49, 18 December 2006 (UTC)

editI have added a "{{prod}}" template to the article Haroon (singer), suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but I don't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and I've explained why in the deletion notice (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. --Geniac 18:20, 11 April 2007 (UTC)

editUnreferenced BLPs
editHello Yazid97! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. If you were to bring this article up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 298 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:
- Moammar Rana - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs) · FENS · JSTOR · TWL

Please don't move things by cut and paste
editHi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you recently tried to give Abdul Hasan Asaf Khan a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into Abul-Hasan ibn Mirza Ghiyas Beg. This is known as a "cut and paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is needed for attribution and various other purposes. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.
In most cases, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page. This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Cut and paste move repair holding pen. Thank you. The article Ghiyath-ud-din Khan has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
No WP:SOURCES found
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. CommanderWaterford (talk) 12:31, 5 February 2021 (UTC)
