2015 MLB season

The 2015 MLB regular season hasn't started, so no one should have a 2015 entry under their team list in the infobox. That's why most of these have brackets around them preventing them from displaying yet - and why some of them have bracketed comments specifically warning people not to add the 2015 team there yet.
