Speedy deletion nomination of Rwibutso Yvan edit
Hello Tumukundedodos,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Rwibutso Yvan for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly indicate why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.
