Speedy deletion nomination of Rothenberg Law Firm
editIf this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Rothenberg Law Firm requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a company, corporation or organization that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. –eggofreason(talk · contribs) 16:49, 18 November 2019 (UTC)

Allen L. Rothenberg moved to draftspace
editAn article you recently created, Allen L. Rothenberg, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please follow the prompts on the Articles for Creation template atop the page. ... discospinster talk 17:01, 18 November 2019 (UTC)

References
editHi, other wikipedia articles cannot be cited as references for content in your article. A related article may itself have citations that you can also use in your article, but you cannot cite the wikipedia article itself. Schazjmd (talk) 17:22, 28 November 2019 (UTC)
The article Allen L. Rothenberg has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.
If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. editHello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.
When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:
Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)
I noticed your recent edit to Malkiel Kotler does not have an edit summary. Please be sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.
Edit summary content is visible in:
Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. You can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing → Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary. Thanks! It would have been helpful because your edit changed the meaning of the intended link. StonyBrook (talk) 20:10, 2 December 2019 (UTC)

editWould you be able to help me with the Rothenberg article? Tt123yv (talk) 20:17, 2 December 2019 (UTC)
- You did a good job so far, now it is time to wait for the Afd results. I don't think you should make any more comments there, since you are heavily involved in the article and they will only be counterproductive; the article will either sink or swim on its own merits. Your draft article, Draft:Rothenberg Law Firm
editHello, Tt123yv. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Rothenberg Law Firm".
In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply and remove the {{db-afc}}
, {{db-draft}}
, or {{db-g13}}
code.
Sources must support the content
editI removed the content you added to Allen L. Rothenberg because your source didn't support any of it. Readers should be able to verify article content in cited sources, and this is most important in biographies of living people. Schazjmd (talk) 16:01, 17 November 2020 (UTC)
- You're still not citing your sources. I've fixed your most recent edit. You might find User:Nick Moyes/Easier Referencing for Beginners helpful. Schazjmd (talk) 01:18, 11 December 2020 (UTC)
Thanks sorry made a mistake Tt123yv (talk) 01:21, 11 December 2020 (UTC)
