Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Aryabhata, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please make use of the sandbox if you'd like to experiment with test edits. Thank you. Please don't remove sourced text unless you have a reason backed by our guidelines and polices - and your edits should all include WP:Edit summaries. Thanks. When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

Please be sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.

Edit summary content is visible in:

License tagging for File:H M Reddy.jpeg

edit

Thanks for uploading File:H M Reddy.jpeg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.

To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 23:06, 13 September 2015 (UTC)Reply

The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Speedy deletion of "Ratna sagar"

edit

Ratna sagar, a page you created, has been tagged for deletion, as it meets one or more of the criteria for speedy deletion; specifically, it has no content\, other than external links\, categories\, "see also" sections\, rephrasing of the title\, and/or chat-like comments.

You are welcome to contribute content that complies with our content policies and any applicable inclusion guidelines. However, please do not simply re-create the page with the same content. You may also wish to read our introduction to editing and guide to writing your first article.

Speedy deletion nomination of Ratna Sagar

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Ratna Sagar, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Aranya!

edit

This is the story of Ms Kiran Rao's relation with Aditi Rao Hydari:

Kiran Rao is a Tulu brahmin: Now to all the misinformed; this is her so called Telugu connection: Her Aunt Ms Shanta Rameshwar Rao, originally from Dakshin Kannada district, was college friends at Pune with the Raja of Wanaparty- Raja Janumpally Rameshwar Rao III. She was married to a Professor in Pune University and begot a son and a daughter. The Raja of Wanaparthy returned from England to find his Lady love, married. The enraged Raja, despite opposition from his mother Rani Sarala Devi and the family, went to Pune, talked Ms Shanta into divorcing her husband and took the custody of the daughter (Vidhya Rao: Mother of Aditi Rao Hydari) and married Ms Shanta making her the Rani. This union produced 2 daughters: Lakshmi Rao aka Buchamma (Author and The correspondent of Vidyaranya School in Hyderabad) and Nandi Rao- the Director of Orient Blackswan, Hyderabad. Therefore, you can now understand the relations. While the Raja comes from a Motati Reddy family with the princly Title of Rao Bahadur (and therefore the suffix of Rao instead of Reddy), the Rani Ms Shanta Rao comes from a Tulu speaking Brahmin family that hails from Dakshin Kannada district. Hope this clarifies! Btw, Ms Kiran Rao is the daughter of Ms Shanta’s Brother- they are a Tulu speaking family. Sreekanth yerram 19:37, 15 May 2019 (UTC)

Allahabad

edit

Please stop changing Allahabad to another word in articles. In Wikipedia, an article title is a natural-language word or expression that indicates the subject of the article; as such, the article title is usually the name of the person, or of the place, or of whatever else the topic of the article is. However, some topics have multiple names, and some names have multiple topics; this can lead to disagreement about which name should be used for a given article's title. Wikipedia does not necessarily use the subject's "official" name as an article title; it generally prefers the name that is most commonly used, as determined by its prevalence in a significant majority of independent, reliable English-language sources.-- Toddy1 (talk) 23:11, 15 June 2022 (UTC)Reply
