Paid editing

Hello SrastogiIJ. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have a financial stake in promoting a topic. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially egregious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a black hat practice.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists, and if it does not, from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:SrastogiIJ. Hi, I wish to introduce a brief overview about a law firm "INDIA JURIS" on Wikipedia.I would like a detailed procedural guidelines on how that can be achieved as i have faced lot of issue in the past.

You don't seem to be paying attention. You were told that paid editing in Wikipedia is strongly discouraged, and that paid editors, and you are one, are required to make a formal paid editing disclosure. You haven't done that. At this point, the brief procedural guideline is: Don't even ask until you make the formal disclosure of paid editing. We have been very patient with you repeatedly submitting your promotional article and repeatedly asking questions but not paying attention to the answers. Do you really want to push into being blocked, or you willing to listen (to instructions and advice that we know are not what you want to hear, but are Wikipedia policy)?
