However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. My response to your ping

edit

I had my edit window open at the same time as Liz closed the AfD, and submitted my response after that happened, but I pinged yourself and SunnyScion so I've decided to copy the comments below to avoid confusion. Alpha3031 (tc) 04:56, 14 October 2024 (UTC)Reply

either it's continued success or through the coverage of the failure of a $2B company?

The existence of suitable sources is not attained through routine coverage, so no. There are thousands of billion dollar companies that nevertheless do not attain the requisite coverage meeting all 4 criteria (WP:SIRS), and many non-billion-dollar companies that do. The amount a company is worth is not an useful indicator of the ability to write an useful, encyclopedic article from reliable sources. Additionally, we cannot write articles based on future, yet unpublished sources. As a matter of policy, notability requires verifiable evidence (WP:NRV) that a topic has attracted (not will attract, has) attention over a significant period of time (WP:SUSTAINED). An argument that something would be notable through continued success is a strong argument that it is WP:TOOSOON to have an article on the topic on English Wikipedia, and if you must insist on having an article it should be on a different project with different rules.

@The Grid and the nom made no arguments, and the two of you are arguing from a ridiculous pov when there is mountains of evidence.

Excluding the nominator, the participants here are more than familiar with the criteria used for evaluating sources. Sources that do not meet WP:ORGDEPTH and WP:ORGIND cannot be used to establish the suitability of a standalone article. SunnyScion, WP:AUD is an exclusionary criteria, not an inclusionary one. The primary criteria (WP:SIRS) still need to be met, and if you wish to assert that a particular instance of routine coverage or announcement is not actually a routine announcement, that is your prerogative but you do actually need to provide evidence of that. Alpha3031 (tc) 04:12, 14 October 2024 (UTC)Reply

I find it ridiculous you closed another article as a speedy keep from the same nominator with almost the same rationale. Here.. SmileyShogun (talk) 16:32, 15 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
If you wish to challenge the speedy keep, that is your prerogative. An SK1 would no longer be possible with any other editor expressing a delete rationale, and the comment from HighKing was unquestionably a valid deletion rationale. In any case, SK1s are eligible for immediate renomination. Hope that clears things up. Alpha3031 (tc) 06:32, 16 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
Please don't ever interact with me on my page again. I find you dialect smug, incredible and likely alternatively motivated. Your logic is wrong and you are trying to convince me your own wikilawyerig is the actual rules of Wikipedia . Overall, your entire presence is alarmingly distasteful to me and your tone is vulgarly obnoxious. I guess in this world we need to learn to appreciate all types but I prefer you avoid any further contact. SmileyShogun (talk) 17:34, 16 October 2024 (UTC)Reply

NinjaOne

edit

You kind of got railroaded on that one. I would ask the closing adim to draft the article. If not, they do have an administrative review you could apply for but I would go through the draft option first. There have been a number of suspicious edits on the cybersecurity pages. I'm sure with some minor changes it will be approved in AFC.SunnyScion (talk) 02:22, 17 October 2024 (UTC)Reply

Thank.. I requested it be restored to draft... Not really sure what you need to get an article published but sheesh! Thx for the help.. SmileyShogun (talk) 04:20, 20 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
@Liz can you please refund the NinjaOne page? I know your talk page is busy so I thought I would try here.

Your submission at Articles for creation: NinjaOne (October 28)

edit

Your recent article submission has been rejected and cannot be resubmitted. If you have further questions, you can ask at the Articles for creation help desk or use Wikipedia's real-time chat help. The reason left by CNMall41 was: This topic is not sufficiently notable for inclusion in Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was: Decided at [Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/NinjaOne this AfD] that topic is not notable. Submitter will need to show what coverage since that time meets WP:ORGCRIT in order to show notability.
