Hi Curb Safe Charmer. You're right. I just got caught up in seeing if they had a good costumer relationship rather than being cited by reliable sources for actually being credible since I was also doing some research to see if I personally would trust them. I guess you could say I mistakenly leaned too much to write the article seen from a consumer perspective rather than a neutral fact checker perspective. It was never my intention to be partial and this is my first article, so I'm glad you blocked it & gave me some pointers to work on. After having considered what you told me I've looked around to see if I could find fact checking credible sources as you recomended, but it turns out I sadly couldn't.
So yep I made a mistake and I wish I'd known about that before requesting the article be published, so can you please just go ahead and delete it for me, thx? I honestly didn't know how I should have approached it & as much as I'd like I just can't seem to find sources to help me rewrite the article in a good way. However with what you said in mind I did some more digging this morning and came across a paper from the California finance commissioner where a dispute was reported because it looks like they (Vviabill) weren't allowed to profit on discounts from retailers. According to that government paper they amicably settled the dispute out of court, but denies any wrongdoing. Since this paper is from the state of California would that count as a credible source?? 🤔
If you'd like to have a look at the 6-7 page long document here's a link to it:

I think the lack of credible third party sources may stem from them being such a small company & a relatively young company. Hopefully if proper sources comes along in a few year I'd be able to do this article right & truly from a neutral stand point. Either way at this moment in time I'm not gonna continue researching, so as said can you delete the article cuz I agree it's not good, but Thanks for the help Curb Safe Charmer as well as for the tips. I'll keep them in mind when & if I write another article. Have a good day:) Skywalker 1000 (talk) 08:53, 2 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
