If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

• make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
• Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

Fair use rationale

I just wanted to touch bases on the use of some fair use images you've uploaded. I've removed File:Conspiracyofsilenceposter.jpg, File:Conspiracy of Silence - 2014 poster.jpg, and File:UndergroundErniePoster.jpg from the John Deery and Joella Productions articles. Fair use images can only be used in the articles specifically about the subject, providing critical commentary therein. If you have questions, please feel free to contact me. I have been blocked for uploading images that I am either the author of, or the company I represent owns the full copyright of the images. Despite submitting relevant forms by email and explaining to the moderator what was happening, I was blocked indefinitely without warning nor explanation on the presumption that I was breaking copyright, despite being able to demonstrate that I was trying to prove I own copyright and permissions to publsh.
