I've covered off the "no links" issue for you; what you were doing was linking to other Wikipedia articles by inserting the full web URLs of those pages, as if they were a different website entirely, instead of by putting [[square brackets]] around the linked words to create internal links. As for the referencing tag, the basic issue is that most of them are primary sources (e.g. the Google Books pages for his books themselves), whereas what we generally need here is third party sources (e.g. media coverage, books by other people, etc., where somebody other than him is writing about him). I can't directly fix the references for you, because I'm not terribly familiar with Indian media and don't know where to track down stronger sources — but that's the basic issue there. The Sayyid Ahsanullah Qadri article page has been deleted, It is a genuine article it will not be deleted. Sayyid Ahsanullah Qadri is a Writer or Author and also he was published many articles and book namely "Padmashri Sayyid Ahmedullah Qadri ki Tahqiqui, Sahafati, Siasi aur Samaji Qidmat 1909 to 1985” the news was published in Siasat Daily Urdu Newsparper why your admin deletion the article i don't no. The Sayyid Ahsanullah Qadri article is not for advertising or promotion firstly. I think the article deleted because he is a Urdu writer,In Wikipedia is a role for only English writer update the articles. The article

The very first thing I have to recommend that you do is to read our conflict of interest policy, specifically the parts which strongly militate against starting an article about yourself. We're not a social networking site on which anybody is entitled to keep a profile; we're an encyclopedia with inclusion and content standards that your article, as written, was not meeting:

1. The writing tone was significantly advertising-oriented rather than encyclopedic.
2. A lot of the referencing you added was to invalid and unreliable sources — for example, you cannot "reference" content on Wikipedia to other Wikipedia articles, to Mashpedia, to speedydeletion.wikia.com, to Facebook posts or to YouTube videos.
3. And finally, the article as written was devoting far more time and space to biographical sketches of your grandfather, your father and your kids than it was to explaining why you might belong in an encyclopedia. Your relatives aren't the topic of the article — so the article shouldn't spend more time talking about them than it does about you (that's what we call a WP:COATRACK.)

This doesn't mean that you can never qualify for an article on here — it just means you're not entitled to keep that version as written and sourced. If it's really that important to you to have an article on here, you can always try the WP:AFC process so that you're getting feedback along the way about the improvements that are or aren't necessary to make it keepable — but the article has to follow our rules to be kept on here. The language that valid newspaper sources are written in isn't a problem — as long as we have somebody around here who can read the language that the sources are in, sources in any language are acceptable as long as they're valid and reliable ones — but you have to avoid sourcing to the types of references I listed above in point #2. As per your answer, I will tell you one thing article writen by me namely "Syed Tahneedullah Qadri" S/o Sayyid Ahsanullah Qadri, Pursuing M.Phil, I was written many article, this is also my article not a Sayyid Ahsanull Qadri, It's not written by him. that's why it is not exessively promotional. plz try to understand already I mension in wikipedia article of Sayyid Ahsanullah Qadri, Article writen by Syed Tahneedullah Qadri ok, why i writen user name Sayyid Ahsanullah Qadri becuase it display title name is should be him, this is my first article, I don't no user name to be different and my father is urdu writer his article published in Urdu newspapers that's why I don't have many website references. and secondly Urdu name if translate in English is different like (Syed Ehsanullah Qadri, Sayyid Ehsanullah Quadri, Syed Ahsanullah Qadri and Sayyid Ahsanullah Qadri). There doesn't seem to be any real help request here. I will note, however, that an article does not have to be written by it's subject to be 'excessively promotional', as that is a matter of tone; that recreating articles with the same content after they have been deleted is a good way to get blocked; and that if an article has been deleted then it is more appropriate to submit it as a draft to WP:Articles for Creation instead of simply recreating it. Due to create user name or article name is a same but the create article different person, My name is Sayyid Tahneedullah Qadri, I put user name as same article name because of first time create a article in wikipedia, there is no solution if I did mistake to put same user name an article name, due to which I'm get this message. an article about yourself because, as has been noted above, it is a clear [[WP:AB|conflict of interest]. I can't say that I understand entirely what you mean, but if the gist of your request is that you want to recreate an article about Sayyid Ahsanullah Qadri (whether that's you or someone else), then you have been given ample advice above. To reiterate: you cannot use the text which is currently on your talkpage/sandbox as an article. It is inadequately referenced, unencyclopedic, and excessively promotional.
