Regarding your edits in Military Classic of the South regarding VMI, please read talk pages before you remove referenced and relevant data in the future.

edit

The Citadel, similar to Texas A&M, has many grad students, civilian undergrad students, and some 5th years playing on their athletic teams, while VMI is strictly cadets-only. I understand the two schools were similar at one point back before the 1970's, but VMI is a strict and spartan military school... the citadel is not. If you have any questions, please check out: http://www.citadel.edu/root/graduatecollege or http://www.citadel.edu/root/eveningundergraduatestudies

I am familiar with your ongoing vandalism of this and other articles. There are no civilian lundergrads that play on sports teams and there are no current graduate transfers;j if you can prove otherwise provide evidence and reference. In the meantime desist from this behavior or you will be bannedRuffnready (talk) 16:50, 11 October 2017 (UTC)Reply
You are incorrect Sir, and we have had many discussions on proper wording and references in this and the other articles. Please check history, talk pages, and the community boards before you continue your false edits. Deleting referenced, relevant facts as well as the articles supporting (as you did with Jeff Harsell's article regarding civilians on citadel sports teams) is against wiki policies... please cease and desist with your false propaganda.Strgzr1 (talk) 20:19, 13 October 2017 (UTC)Reply

WHOA! Editor Legacypac agreed there is clearly adequate nobility and adequate references. Several other Flying Tigers members have articles and some with considerably fewer references. Subject qualifies as a unit commander per MILPEOPLE and under 'widely recognized contribution' per ANYYBIO as the AVG is one of the most famous and documented aviation units in history. The references given are clearly reliable and consistent with other wiki articles; not all subjects have mention in major sources such as the New York Times and various online sources are not only common but standard procedure. Your decline is questionable and contrary to previous review so request a consensus from other editors.Ruffnready (talk) 22:53, 13 September 2017 (UTC)Reply
