January 2017 edit

  Welcome to Wikipedia. A page you recently created, Telecoming, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines for new pages, so it will be removed shortly (if it hasn't been already). Please use the sandbox for any tests, and consider using the Article Wizard. For more information about creating articles, you may want to read Your first article. You may also want to read our introduction page to learn more about contributing. When there was discussion of whether to keep the draft, creating a new article in article space was disruptive. Hi Robert McClenon, I do not understand the criteria for the deletion of this page on Telecoming. It´s factual content, which has encyclopedical value and it´s referenced to several solid sources. I have drafted it with prior guidance, coming from other Wikipedia editors and I do not understand why it´s registered for speedy deletion. I would be thankful if you could provide me with additional advice in order to upload the page. Many thanks. (Rozybienert) (talk) (17:51, 26 January 2017 (UTC))

Speedy deletion nomination of Telecoming edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Telecoming requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Question edit

User:Rozybienert - Do you have a connection with Telecoming? Your only edits have had to do with the company. If so, please make the required conflict of interest disclosure. If not, welcome to Wikipedia, and consider helping us with one or another of the five million articles that we already have, in addition to trying to provide one that we do not yet have. Telecoming.com edit

Thank you for leaving the deletion request in place when you recreated your advert, Telecoming, as Telecoming.com. May I remind you that, as the author of the article, you may not remove the deletion request. Cabayi (talk) 09:33, 2 February 2017 (UTC)Reply

Managing a conflict of interest edit

  Hello, Rozybienert. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places, or things you have written about in the article Telecoming.com, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic, and it is important when editing Wikipedia articles that such connections be completely transparent. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. In particular, we ask that you please:

  • avoid editing or creating articles related to you and your family, friends, school, company, club, or organization, as well as any competing companies' projects or products;
  • instead, you are encouraged to propose changes on the Talk pages of affected article(s) (see the {{request edit}} template);
  • when discussing affected articles, disclose your COI (see WP:DISCLOSE);
  • avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or to the website of your organization in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
  • exercise great caution so that you do not violate Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).

Please take a few moments to read and review Wikipedia's policies regarding conflicts of interest, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, sourcing and autobiographies. https://es.linkedin.com/in/rocio-bienert-61b36764 Cabayi (talk) 09:34, 2 February 2017 (UTC)Reply

February 2017 edit

  Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to Telecoming.com. While objective prose about beliefs, organisations, people, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not intended to be a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. Thank you.
