Thanks for reverting vandalism

edit

Thanks for reverting vandalism to Zack. When you see something like that, it's worth checking the page history (click on the "history" tab at the top), as there's often more than one edit that needs reverting - there was this time! See WP:REVERT, or leave me a message if you'd like more advice on this. - Fayenatic (talk) 17:12, 2 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

No problemo! Also, you might want to tell us a bit about yourself on your user page sometime. - Fayenatic (talk) 17:54, 2 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

Hi

About your report to WP:AIV, please only report users there if they've been sufficiently warned and still continue to vandalize. Thanks.--Avant Guard 20:10, 2 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

See Wikipedia:Template messages/User talk namespace for a list of user warning templates and a guide on how to use them.--Avant Guard 20:12, 2 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

Simultaneous Warnings

edit

Is there a particular reason you warned User talk:219.201.46.129 three times simultaneously for vandalism to the same article? These warnings are meant to be used one at a time, see WP:WARN. --Tckma 13:36, 19 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

Because of the multiple and flagrant vandalism to the article. I admit I probably went a little overboard, and sometimes I get a bit carried away! --Rhopkins8 13:39, 19 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open!

edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
