Have you considered working on Uppersia tour operator in your user space (ie, User:Rayani/Uppersia tour operator)? That way you could keep working on it until it's possibly worthy of inclusion. The point about the importance of this page for us is that many people don't know about Iran and how to travel to this country, and the news they get is from the western media.This way we can help them to travel to Iran.

Wikipedia, Bicycles, and Wagons

Rayani, I'm concerned for you and would like to offer some encouragement and advice. I see someone who, despite their hard, heart–felt work, has found it really difficult to make contributions which survive the editing process here. If I were in your shoes — and I have, indeed, been in similar ones here — I'd be feeling very frustrated and unappreciated and might be thinking about leaving. I'd like to say that I, at least, appreciate your intentions and your hard work even if it has been mostly unsuccessful and would encourage you to stay and keep trying. Because of that, I think that you deserve a cookie:

Let me point out what Wikipedia is: It's an dead-solid, absolutely-serious encyclopedia and there are very strict rules and guidelines on what can be included and what cannot. When people put in things that don't fit within those rules, the editing process can be, as you're experiencing, pretty brutal.

The full text of a traditional encyclopedia, the 1911 edition of the Encyclopedia Britannica, can be accessed here. Let me suggest that you read a couple of articles there and compare them against what you have written here at Wikipedia. Encyclopedias do not include in-depth analysis by the editors, personal opinions of the editors, or discussion of the quality or editing of an article within the article itself. Neither does Wikipedia. (That's not to say that some of that doesn't creep into Wikipedia and go uncorrected, sometimes for long periods of time, but that doesn't mean that it's condoned.)

When you contribute here, your work must fit within the encyclopedic goal and standards of Wikipedia. It may be that what you want to do with your writing doesn't fit within those goals and standards. You may want to offer analysis, or new research, or reviews, or your observations, comments, and opinions about subjects, or you may want to promote your organization, either for profit or to help others. There is nothing wrong with wanting to do that kind of writing, but it does not have a place at Wikipedia because it does not fit within the purpose of Wikipedia. When you try to do it here, other editors are neither being vandals nor censors when they remove it, they are instead merely trying to uphold the purpose and rules of Wikipedia.

An analogy: Let's say someone takes a job in a bicycle factory, but instead of making bicycles he makes wagons out of the bicycle parts. Is it wrong for the factory to say, "your wagons are very nice but we just want to make bicycles," and to disassemble his wagons? Is it vandalism to disassemble his wagons? Is it censorship of his creative efforts? The answer to both questions is no. Does the man have the right to try to talk the factory into making wagons? Yes, but is the right way for him to do that to continue to make wagons even though he knows that the factory does not want him to do so? No. Does the factory have the right to punish or to discharge (fire) him if he keeps making wagons, or if he continuously reassembles his wagons after the factory disassembles them? Yes.

All of that is true here at Wikipedia, too. It may be that you want to make wagons, not bicycles. That's fine, but this is not the place to do it. It may be that you think Wikipedia should become a bicycle and wagon factory. That's fine, too, but the way to try to make that happen isn't by continuing to make wagons, but to try to talk Wikipedia into allowing wagons. (If that's what you want to do, let me know and I'll point you in the right direction to try to do it, but let me caution you that it is not likely to succeed.) I hope that you will want to continue to try to make bicycles, but if you decide that Wikipedia's purpose is too narrow or that it's rules are too complex and too hard to understand or to use, we will understand. But if you decide to stay, you have to make bicycles and up until now you've been mostly making wagons.

If you do want to stay, let me suggest that you've not been very successful at learning–by–doing. You probably need to take a break from editing for a while and use the time to study the extensive help that's available for Wikipedians. I've tried several times to write a better introduction to editing than can be found at the Article Wizard and Your First Article and I can't. Don't be tempted to skip past sections of either one, they're full of solid gold information. Also, if you've not done so already, you need to read the Notability, Verifiability, No original research, What Wikipedia is not, and Conflict of interest policies from beginning to end.

A few additional comments. While those are salutary goals, they are not sufficient reasons for inclusion of an article in Wikipedia, for the reasons I stated above. Perhaps before reading my foregoing recommendations, you might want to start with Wikipedia:Notability (organizations and companies); jump down to the primary criteria section for what you're going to have to survive. That policy, along with WP:NOTADVERTISING and, in relation to drafting WP:COI, are going to be your biggest difficulties with this article. None of the references which you currently have in your References and External Links section satisfy the requirement of "significant coverage in secondary sources.
