Conduct at AFC

Please cease submitting Draft:Cash Acme. It has been declined, then rejected entirely. It was declined again after you overrode the rejection. It was then declined again. I have just rejected. Rejection is final. You may not resubmit this article. If you disagree with my decision then request another person to reconsider my decision at the AFC helpdesk. If you continue to resubmit the article, I will report your conduct to an administrator. After being told twice not to resubmit, if you do it a third time after this warning then I will take that as an admission you refuse to listen to advice and instead are intending to disrupt the project in an attempt to get the outcome you are seeking. No editor will approve that article if it is resubmitted after it's been declined - only a review by others at the help desk can fix this. So, resubmitting may result in a block to prevent you from continuing to resubmit, and it also will not help you get the article approved. Please follow advice. Thank you.
